We are looking for a Baker with a passion for artisanal bread-making to join our young and dynamic team!

Candidate profile:

- Training and/or experience in baking;
- Knowledge of traditional bread-making and natural fermentation techniques (preferred);
- Organised and detail-oriented;
- Responsible and precise;
- High standards of hygiene and food safety;
- Team spirit and good communication;
- Availability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and producing dough and bakery products;
- Planning and executing tasks with precision and autonomy;
- Ensuring compliance with standards set by the Head Chef;
- Cleaning and maintaining the bakery workspace and equipment.
