Candidate profile:

- Training and/or experience in pastry;
- Solid knowledge of traditional and contemporary pastry;
- Good communication skills;
- Responsible, organised and proactive;
- High standards of hygiene and food safety;
- Experience managing kitchen teams (preferred);
- Availability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and producing pastry items;
- Planning tasks and organising service;
- Ensuring compliance with standards set by the Head Chef;
- Analysing the menu to assess product performance;
- Assisting in cleaning and maintaining pastry equipment.
